By using ScoreCup you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction.
2. Account
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
- Provide accurate information and update it when it changes.
- One account per person. Duplicate or fake accounts may be suspended.
3. Prediction Game Rules
- Predictions lock at kickoff. Late submissions are not accepted.
- Points are awarded based on the published scoring rules of each competition.
- Official match results are taken from the competition organiser.
- We may correct points if data errors are discovered.
4. Public & Private Competitions
- Public competitions may include entry fees and prizes as advertised.
- Private leagues are free to create and join via invite code.
- Competition creators may not use ScoreCup to facilitate betting, wagering, or gambling — ScoreCup is a skill-based football prediction platform.
5. Acceptable Use
- No cheating, automation, multi-accounting, or exploitation of bugs.
- No abusive, harassing, hateful, or illegal content.
- No scraping or unauthorised access.
6. Moderation & Suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice, and may forfeit prizes in cases of fraud.
7. Payments & Refunds
Entry fees are processed by Stripe. Refunds are handled case-by-case; competitions cancelled by us will be refunded in full.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScoreCup is provided "as is" without warranty. Our total liability is limited to the entry fees you paid in the previous 12 months.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union member state where ScoreCup is established.
